Delivery Guidelines for a Refined Experience:

✔ Recipient Availability: To preserve the freshness of every bouquet, we kindly ask that someone is available to receive the order.✔ Concierge Confirmation: Our team may contact the recipient to confirm availability and delivery details.
✔ Address Accuracy: Deliveries are made exclusively to physical addresses. Please ensure the recipient’s address is correct at checkout.
✔ PO Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
✔ Alternative Addresses: Alissar Flowers reserves the right to refuse delivery to substitute addresses without prior confirmation.
✔ Outside Dubai: For destinations outside Dubai, deliveries will be scheduled for the following day.

🚚 Standard Delivery: 20 AED (within the UAE)
🎁 Complimentary Delivery: For orders exceeding 500 AED

✔ Same-Day Delivery or Pickup: Place your order before 9:00 PM to receive it the same day.
✔ Peak Seasons: Cut-off times may be adjusted during busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Eid. The most up-to-date information will be clearly displayed on our website.
